3.2 E-Commerce Platform Data

With your authorization via Official APIs, we collect data from your connected platforms:

• Order Data: Order IDs, timestamps, amounts, statuses, and fulfillment details.
• Product Data: SKUs, names, categories, prices, and inventory levels.
• Customer Data: Order-related customer information as provided by platforms (handled in compliance with Marketplace Developer Terms).
• Campaign Data: Marketing performance and promotional data (e.g., 11.11, 12.12 metrics).

3.3 Technical Data

• Usage Data: Dashboard interactions and report generation patterns.
• Log Data: IP addresses, browser type, and access times.
• Performance Data: API call logs and query execution times.

4. How We Use Your Information

4.1 Service Provision & Advanced Analytics

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from connected platforms.
• Generate analytics using Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
• Maintain historical data for trend analysis and dimensional modeling.

4.2 Legal and Security

• Comply with Thai tax and accounting laws.
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized access to marketplace data.

5. Data Storage and Retention

5.1 Security Infrastructure

Your data is stored using enterprise-grade infrastructure including Delta Lake and secure cloud storage with TLS/SSL encryption at rest and in transit.

5.2 Retention Schedule

• Analytical Data: 36 months for comprehensive trend analysis.
• Personal Data: Duration of active service + 30 days post-termination.
• Financial Records: 5 years (Thai accounting law requirement).
• API & Error Logs: 90 to 180 days.

6. Your Rights Under PDPA

As a data subject in Thailand, you have the right to Access, Rectification, Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"), Data Portability, and the right to Withdraw Consent at any time.
